I've known Anna for a very long time. Fitness and nutrition are extremely important to her. She is friendly, caring and very dedicated. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced and supportive personal trainer.

So last year I had baby number 3 and after a hard pregnancy and gaining 4 stone in weight I felt so defeated. fitness has always been a part of my life but I knew this time was different I needed that extra bit of help and convenience as having the baby I was not going to get to the gym! with 3 kids now to manage the only way I was going to get my body and mind back on track was a PT, so i done my research and found Anna.We train 3 times a week for an hour, all sessions are tailored for me and my capability, she helped me lose the weight I needed as well as toning. I am back to a comfortable size 10 which is my normal size and I can honestly say Ive never been fitter. She has a fantastic knowledge of fitness and nutrition, my sessions are different every time which keeps it fresh and enjoyable. I look forward to training with her each time , Anna is very much a friend to me now as well as a PT and I cannot recommend her enough!

I first met Anna a few years ago after making the decision to have a PT. It can be a bit intimidating getting a male and I wanted to make sure I was going to get someone who met my needs not just as a client but as a woman too. Anna 110% achieved this. As our working relationship went on I was in and out of GP offices because something was going on (still not sure what!) but Anna was so supportive and flexible. If something was aching or not feeling great, one text I. The morning and it gave her enough time to alter the session accordingly to help whatever was aching. If you arent brilliantly well but exercise is suggested and you dont know where to start or what is safe, Anna is your lady! She will chat over with you what you want to achieve with your health in mind. If youre like me and can get a really horrid time of the month, a gentler session with Anna incorporating yoga (which she is amazing at!) makes all the difference I found for the next few days. I know it feels like the last thing you want to do but it really helped. Shes just great at trying out different things! Not only that, but we barely used any of the gym equipment. Maybe a treadmill/cross trainer/bike/rowing machine for 10 min warm up, but all of these she can get your body warmed up just using your own weight. It doesnt matter how much you weigh, using yourself is always going to earn gains. I did weights with her as it was the kind of physique I wanted. She gave me loads of ways to do things just using myself. It really made a difference in my shape and just the way I felt! If I was having a bad week mentally or physically, I would look forward to having my session with Anna. Shes not just a trainer, she cares about her clients. We consider each other friends now .

I thoroughly enjoy working out with Anna, she makes every session different and enjoyable. She is very knowledgeable if you have any health problems or need help with what you eat! I have arthritis is my knee and she has helped me with excersises to strengthen the muscles that support the knee and it has hugely helped. She is a caring and supportive lady and I would happily recommend her to anyone.
