        I have been training with Amy for a year now and I cannot believe the progress I have made under her supervision. She has pushed me so much further than I ever would have training on my own and my confidence has grown as a result. She easily adapts workouts and exercises to accommodate a pre existing injury weakness and I am now lifting more than I ever thought would be possible!
