After trying many different routes and not seeing much progress I got in touch with Jamie, who I have been training with for over a year now I am really happy with the sessions, each one is different and always a good variety which helps you stay consistent. He is always on hand to answer your questions about food/training too. I feel like I have gained the confidence to go to the gym on my own (when Im not training with Jamie) as he has taught me how to correct my form. Great trainer, Definitely recommend 5

Having Jamie as my PT was absolutely the best decision to make this time last year. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age, (currently 54) if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Jamie is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. Would highly recommend.

I have been getting fitness training sessions from Jamie for six months now,I have lost weight and and gained muscle fitness, I would recommend him to anyone of any age as he takes into account your initial fitness and works out programmes to suit you, but always aims to push you a little bit more each time to get you the results you want.
