I joined Lemon studios to improve both my physical and mental well-being. The team are so welcoming, extremely personable, encouraging and professional. They listened to my goals, consistently checks in, and ensures the sessions are fun to keep motivation. I genuinely look forward to the days I have a session as I feel incredibly comfortable with the team helping me reach my goals and having laughs along the way. I would highly recommend! #teamlemon

Having joined Lemon in January 22 and trained 3 times a week since I can highly recommend Sam and the team. They take the time to understand your individual goals and motivations and work with you in achieving these, including helping you make broader lifestyle and nutritional changes, rather than following a boilerplate. They are personable, supportive, and are entirely client focussed in everything they do - meaning I leave each session looking forward to the next.

Lovely PT gym. Sam and his team are really friendly and considerate with helping you reach your goals. No heirs or graces here just really professional and down to earth. I always feel valued as a client and Lemon always do their best to meet my needs. Thank you! I feel fitter, healthier and more confident and I actually look forward to training now!

Looking at local gyms today - taken a lot to want to do so - sadly on pulling in to the poor parking area to the front was met by 2 male staff members who physically came out and asked me not to park or I would be blocking 'their clients' - assumed I was there for the dentist next door! Absolutely no welcome or manners, they completely judged, in their opinion, that I could not possibly be there for their gym. Humiliating, rude and unprofessional - clearly zero customer service skills. Given I was looking on behalf of myself and 2 other family members - potential business lost - seemingly they don't need it.
