We took our grandson in today to buy a waterproof jacket. After trying 2-3 jackets we chose the one we wanted but unfortunately they did not have the right size in the colour he wanted. This has been ordered and we have been advised that it will be available to collect in 4-5days. However, the salesman who served us seemed reasonably sure it would arrive sooner.
We have shopped here before and the staff know their products and are always very knowledgeable and friendly. They are happy to help or leave you alone and will advise on available discounts etc. I hope the shop management appreciate the value of the staff they have here.
