Visited due to new symptom of double vision. Appointment was 30 mins late. All their standard tests (run by trainees?) showed normal eyesight so pushed for F2F with optician. He did some other checks but said all was fine. Headaches got so bad I visited a second, independent optometrist who almost immediately spotted diplopia - weekened muscles of the eye. This can have several serious causes. Bit scary that people are being sent home being told they are fine.

Very poor customer service. Overpriced, dont follow up on referrals and dont pick up calls when you chase up. Even if you dont need new glasses they try and sell you something else that isnt useful anyway I was charged extra to take pictures of the back of my eye. On examination, the optician said they were going to send it off for second opinion. When I visited my GP 6 weeks later there was nothing on records. Im having problems with my eyes and I cant get hold of my records with them. Tried calling but they wont pick up Avoid at all cost and go to Specsavers nearby

Avoid. poor service. opticians seems ok but other services really bad. I had to visit 3 times in past one month and tried to contact practice manager but was told not available in all times. poorly run centre/poor communication. never going back again

Awful experience, they have repeatedly taken more then 2 months to have contacts delivered, have with held contacts from me saying I need an eye test but forgot to tell me that when I brought the contacts in store, dreadful customer service, wouldn't recommend to anyone, easily one of the worst opticians I've ever been too. AVOID!
