Asda Opticians

They used to be good value but no longer. Same price as all the others and more expensive than online. So it's not really worth the going through the disorganisation, chaos that is Asda Opticians. No friendly greeting or people skills. Tons screaming kids. Take ages to get anything done. Pretty useless. Better to go somewhere comfy, peaceful, stylish, customer focused.

0/10 overall service. Pressure to book appointment. They do not tell what it involves or cost. Do not even want to help me as one perused. All 3 just sitting their chilling! Wanted then just clean my existing glasses. Wanted my personal data date of birth s and told incase they"damage" what other opticians do without question to do basic " after care service" this term that didn't understand! Twice asked me if I bought frames from them not that it should be an issue convential service from any other opticians( yes from Asda section park Liverpool opticians) Ridiculous. I was speechless. I just left.

The optician is fantastic, really helpful and good customer service. Very friendly and informative. Prescription glasses for kids received on time, no complaints. Definitely recommended.

Very friendly and professional service, all the modern kit you need. Took plenty of time and care and explained everything to me, highly recommend them.
