I contacted evie at the beginning of the year with the onset of constant bloating which was starting to make me anxious and had resulted in me completely restricting my diet. She explained how she would help me to get to the cause of this and I felt relieved that I was going to make some progress. I did Evies Eat better, feel better 4 week programme and thoroughly enjoyed learning about good foods to help support your gut. Great interactive group with loads of fabulous information shared. Definitely a great starting point to make you think and re-assess food choices. I'd highly recommend this programme to others who like to learn more about foods to support their health.

I just finished Evie's 4 week program, Eat Better Feel Better Jan 23. What an excellent program! Evie is a wealth of information and is really up on the latest. I have joined her VIP Group and am excited to continue this journey for better gut health and weight loss!

Evie has a wealth of information to help people eat healthier, understand what food choices can help with improving gastrointestinal conditions, and remind us that as well as eating healthily, we need to be mindful about the actual act of chewing food, drinking more water, and introducing more variety into our food choices. While Evie's information can be particularly helpful to women due to biological differences, there is still benefit to be had no matter your gender. The importance of fibre in our diet is often overlooked, but education is part of the benefits of using Evie's expertise - you'd be surprised what you don't know, so if you need expert advice, give her a shout.
