        Came to visit my grandmother and they turned me away and said I couldnt visit during lunch which I dont find very accommodating. Also the staff member was very rude, didnt even say hello just a you cant come in now without even properly explaining why. Also can never get through on the phone to the reception team, no one ever seems to answer. Many of the carers seem nice a friendly, but sadly the front of house team has just let them all down.

        Had to visit a family friend and the care home is very cosy, staff are amazing and always helpful and friendly. Family friend is well looked after.
