Would highly recommend Dan Baskerville. He has recently helped my daughter and partner secure a first mortgage. I was involved with the initial meetings and Dan was very helpful, explained everything in detail and has been there whenever we've had any questions throughout. They lost their first property and had to change mortgage provider for the new one but that was no problem for Dan and he supported them through it all. Thank you Dan, excellent service!

Worked with a few brokers and Dan was by far the best, went above and beyond any chance he could, even doing some of the leg work of dealing with the seller and solicitors. Dan was extremely thorough with all the details which ensured my mortgage was approved first time and with no snags. I'll definitely be using Dan again in the future and would highly recommend him.
