I bought a Samsung note4 from this company on ebay for my daughter. Unfortunately my daughter is at uni so didn't have time to test the when she did it had quite a few problems. So through ebay I contacted the company simple answer from these guys sorry we can't do anything your 30 day returns has expired strangelybit expired yesterday and I only emailed today 1 day out. Now my daughter needs to buy another phone this company needs training in customer I would never buy any thing from this company stay away terrible service.

I helped my dad trade in a phone through fonehouse who contract their trade-in programme to this company. It was an iPhone 8 Plus. Suggested price was 134, the phone was immaculate. They then said that there was a "bright green line around the lcd" and that it would need to be replaced - suddenly the price drops to 100. Well done TRG, you are good at using the webuyanycar business model, but as a tech enthusiast myself, that phone was perfect before it left our house. You are very lucky my dad decided to just accept the offer for the ease of it. So instead of operating an honest business, you have earnt yourself a 1 star review which may cost you more than the 34 you dishonestly knocked down from the trade in. I can almost guarantee this company won't replace the lcd, it will simply be shipped onto the ebay traders in the perfect condition it was in. Send me a photo of the green line around the lcd and I'll remove this review.

Avoid company at all costs. They also come under another name of rebuy. Phone was a little scratched and was offered 180 for a Samsung galaxy s9. Sent away and was told my offer was reduced to 110 due to more damage. I refused their offer and it came back with a huge chip out of the casing. When i disputed the damage as i would have not kept the phone in the state it was returned, i was told nothing to do with them, must be DPD. They claim to have 4k cctv so I asked for a copy to prove it but they said this was not possible. Absolute joke, disgusting and all I have is a more damaged phone that I started with
