Best mobile phone recycling company. Been using them for the past few years. Always giving me the best price when I want to sell my old iPhone to get a new one. Just got paid 733 for a pristine condition iPhone. Best thing is Payment is SAME DAY. They send a free DPD collection for the phone you wanna sell. Recommended to all family friends. Shocking that the reviews are low compared to Trustpilot reviews which shows how excellent the company really is.

A false front with a website created to mislead people into thinking they are sending their devices off to a large reputable company. My Partner sent of a phone in perfect condition and only received half of the quote. Its not the largest phone recycling company in Europe as its states on the website, nore are any of the pictures on it theirs. The reviews and customer comments are generated and fake on the website aswell. Finding contact information isn't the easiest. This is just another one dodgy corner shop phone stores.

This company will only rip you off. Sent my phone off with a quote for them to pay me 220. I then received an email saying that the small scratch/crack on the top left of the screen was a problem and therefore they could only offer 100. This was the only highlighted problem. I asked for the phone to be returned and I then paid to have the screen replaced. I sent the phone back to them and they quoted me 203. I then received a problem email saying the screen was not replaced correctly and theres a superficial scratch on the back of the phone. The phone was taken to a reputable phone repair shop and the other problem was not highlighted in the first instance. I have since asked for the phone to be returned for a second time. This company are unreliable and untrustworthy and will find a problem when there isn't one. I would not recommend them, such a waste of time. I have and will continue to redirect others to another reputable and trustworthy company whom wont waste your time and money.
