Received top class customer service whilst buying a new iPhone for the Mrs. today. They could have just sold me a discounted phone and taken the money but instead took the time to transfer everything from her old device to the new one, do a quick repair on my sons phone and spend a few minutes going through the new features offered by the newer model, all at no additional cost. Thanks TechHouse a very good customer experience.

Do not go here! I went here with my parents to get them new cases and new screen protectors after hearing they were the best of the best. Only to arrive home look at my phone and see a huge hair stuck underneath my screen protector, im rather upset as i spent 110 on 3 bloody phone cases and 3 screen protectors.Will be revisiting the shop to have a new one put on free of charge i am highly upset.

Went in to fix a phone that wasn't charging. They tried the cables and couldn't quite figure out what was wrong, saying "this is a first". A simple soft reboot fixed the charging issue and didn't 'charge' me a penny for the fix, even politely declined my offer to buy them a coffee as a thanks. With customer service like this, they have certainly earned my custom going forward. 100% would recommend.
