AutoTech were the company I was sent to following an insurance claim after someone hit my car in a car park and drove off! From the first call I received to arrange my car being taken in, to the final drop off when work was complete, they have been brilliant. The communication was great (Emily I think), always polite and courteous and the gentlemen (John and Roberto) who picked up my car and dropped it back were also polite and courteous! Finally the finished work on my car is excellent. This company could give lessons to others on how good customer service looks! I would not hesitate to go back to them independently if needs be. Auto tech were absolutely fantastic at communicating with me about any updates. Emily was so helpful and a real delight to speak to. Everything went smoothly and the job was finished sooner than expected. Nev and Dave who dropped my car back to me were so lovely and an asset to the team.
