Magnet Kitchens

Super impressed by the service we received. Not only were staff very friendly, but they went out of their way to help us find a kitchen within our budget and didn't pressure us to get anything we couldn't afford like some other places. Staff were very genuine and considerate, and even though we got our kitchen in March, they have still been so helpful even recently when we needed a couple of shelves and a panel. They're always so willing to help and get what you need. Excellent communication. Really a great team and so pleased we decided to visit! Our kitchen looks great too! Thank you Magnet High Wycombe!

Unfortunately it has taken me a long while to come back to writing this review, but that should never take away from the quality and service Magnet High Wycombe, and particularly Joanna Czekalik deserve. The quality of engagement from the first time we stepped into the showroom to the final delivery (and further follow on support) was exceptional. Our original order was agreed in late 2021 (after a near pivot to John Lewis - who's service fell down from the get go and fortunately meant we went back to Magnet). Joanna throughout the engagement (6 months in the process) was extremely patient with us - despite us having changed various artifacts throughout the order and final delivery stages. I could rant on some more here, but a really exceptional service and product - thank you Joanna and indeed all the team at Wycombe Magnet.
