Stepping Stones is a fantastic company, this is my first care job I've done, and I've worked at one of the homes in Oldbury for 2 years and what a great 2 years it's been so far! The directors, Managers and Support staff and highly trained and impeccable at their jobs. The service users always have smiles on their faces and when times are challenging at all homes the staff are there to support them and guide them through the hard days. I could not recommend this company, Regis House, Clifton House and other homes enough! Her is to many more years working there and I'm sure they will be my happiest! Sineade

I have worked for Stepping stone Independent Living Ltd for some years now in the west midlands and I cannot recommend them enough, they are caring, fair and do genuinely care for the service users and staff's wellbeing. They no longer have a care company in high Wycombe, so if you are looking for a forever home for a friend or relative i do recommend either Ash Tree Lodge, Regis House or Clifton House , they are ran extremely well with dedicated Managers, and Deputy Managers, qualified support staff who are trained to the highest standards! They Promote independence and Choice! Great company!

I have worked for stepping Stone Independent living for over 7 years, starting at Regis House then Clifton House before taking the position of Home Manager at Ash Tree Lodge, the Service users are cared for in a person centered approach, the Staff are trained to a high level and genuinely love what they do, they go above and beyond their duties to ensure the service users needs are met.
