Had been using this daycare since beginning of June and In the beginning had a good first impression, then after we had picked our dog up one night, we had been told he had been knocked over twice by two different dogs ( and being aloud to jump out a van, when hes had major ops in both his back legs)this then led to an injury to our dog where he was unable to walk for the next 3 days. then due to our dog and his injury he was advised by the vet to stay at home and be kept an eye on, to which we advised Catherine. then a few hours after received a text terminating our dogs day care for good and being told he needs to be in a quieter environment, not only do we feel upset we are angry our dog is being turned away because his leg issues are becoming a problem for her, it sounds like she will only accomodate for fit and healthy dogs who dont need much care, very unprofessional and wont be using catherine's services again
