        The staff in High Wycombe store dont deserve it even one star. Absolutely desperate for retraining, extremely rude and unhelpful. Went to the store with damaged item with proof of purchase within the 3 months of the purchase. They refused to exchange the item for me and were absolutely rude and terrible to my face. Im well aware of my rights as per Clarks policies. The girl who was extremely rude to us refused to help was called Sana.
