I was involved in an accident and although it was a no fault claim we were really struggling to get it repaired. The insurance co. referred us to a repair network but all sites were at capacity and gave us no date for booking the car in. After a month feeling very stressed we contacted the insurance co to ask if we could find a Bodyshop to undertake the work, they agreed and I googled local companies. I was extremely lucky to choose Car Care Cosmetics first I met John he came straight away to look at the car on my driveway and took it back to his bodyshop. I gave him our insurance co. details and John subsequently liaised with them. A few days later we got the quote approved and was given the go ahead. Six days later I received a text from John informing me the repair had been completed. The work has been done to an exceptionally high standard and I cannot recommend John highly enough. Im sure the car would still be parked on my driveway if I hadnt visited Car Care Cosmetics. Thank you so much!! Service: Body & Trim
