My car recently went to Motorbelle for an accident repair via my insurance company. All the staff were brilliant, especially Ben, Charlotte and Nick. They are a friendly family-run business and did exactly what they promised, a superb job. The black metallic paint colour matched perfectly. And Nick gave me some great advice about keeping my cars paintwork looking good. I am a fussy perfectionist and would happily use Motorbelle again. They completed the initial repair to the side of my car 9 months ago and was very satisfied with the customer service. Due to an issue with the primmer used some of the paint came off the repaired door. They quickly had the car back and repainted within 2 days, all under warranty. Poor customer service, booked car in to have the repair done in 3 weeks only to be told on the day it wouldn't be ready for a minimum of 48 hours and no care or compassion to commitments of a key worker. Was recommended these guys, but wouldn't recommend them myself to others.
