I bought my magnificent Kemble piano from Countrywide about 15 years ago. I have since relocated to Scotland and Greg and James have moved my most treasured instrument to my new home. They truly have been extraordinary in their support, professionalism and communication. Truly nothing was too much trouble. I could not recommend them highly enough. There are competitively priced but more importantly handle pianos like new born babies! Do not entrust your piano to a cheaper quote. Only use these guys. They are EPIC!

I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a piano for home or business use, as they offer a great range of pianos with different prices which made of various brands, and they offer end to end service. I started contacting Greg over the phone at first then visited the place and met him in person, he is professional, helpful, patient and informative, any questions you have he always response promptly, before and after the purchase. When I was looking for a delivery service to move Kawai upstairs, Greg had spent loads of time to help me go get the best quote with safest service and best price which we were very appreciated!

Coming to the store to purchase a Yamaha U3 for my 21st birthday, my dad and I were amazed at the range available and the friendly customer service that was provided. When it came down to two pianos, Greg very kindly played on both so that I could devote complete attention to listening without having to half focus on playing. The removal of my old Erard was carried out smoothly and the new Yamaha was quickly put in its place. All the team were very helpful and I look forward to years of playing yet to come! I would highly recommend purchasing from Countrywide Pianos.

My wife, my youngest daughter and I attended an appointment with Greg from Countrywide Pianos. The young one needed a Piano upgrade for her increasingly more difficult Piano exams. We purchased a Kawai 300, we did play quite a few to be fair, Countrywide have a tremendous collection to choose from and try. We all really enjoyed the buying experience, Greg was highly informative, really helpful and tremendously respectful of our family. Greg's passion for Piano's and willingness to share it was very endearing, he plays very well too. We discovered that even identical pianos have subtle differences in sound, moreover you may subjectively like one tone more than the other. With this in mind I would suggest that buying an instrument such as this is an organic journey, that should be avoided online, moreover when you've got folks like Greg willing to help, make an appointment, jump in your car and go listen to the actual piano you are going to buy.
