        One of the worst places I have ever worked in. Your treated appallingly which goes against being in a care environment. If you use your training correctly they will do there upmost to get rid of you!! New staff treated very differently to the little group that run it like it is there company! Sad for the residents with the turnover of staff! If you have a new idea that may be good for residents thats not appreciated bearing in mind residents are getting older and there needs have changed. If you dont challenge anything you will have a job for life. Think long and hard about working here, surroundings are beautiful but working environment is very mean and head office arent interested at all!
