Staff at this store are incredibly professional and knowledgable about all of their products. They always go the extra mile, Tina deserves a special mention as one of the best customer service and sales advisors Ive ever met, shes fantastic and should be recognised for her hard work.

We went into this store a few times to decide on an engagement ring and the staff we spoke to, Grace and Tina were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Their service is fantastic and I would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to buy jewellery. They have a great collection, one of the rings I wanted to try was not in store and we managed to order it in to try after a few days, the service with that was also very fast and Tina was very helpful.
