        The service at this shop cannot be faulted. We went in looking for engagement rings and Dan brought out a great selection to try. He really listened to my requirements and likes and was very patient and knowledgeable about the stock and different designs. We ended up choosing the ring from this store and went in a few days after to order and the ladies that helped us (sorry didn't catch their names) were very attentive and helpful and so patient I didn't feel rushed at all. The service is truly 10/10 and I can't think of how they could improve it. Fantastic shop and I feel like I'll be looked after in the future if any problems arise with my ring or purchase. Excited to have started my ring journey here :)

        Went to Beaverbrooks in HW this afternoon. What an incredibly pleasurable experience. Cup of tea. Chocolates. Great knowledge and enthusiasm from Georgina. Bought a beautiful watch for my son which was custom fitted in no time. We were going to buy on-line. Cannot express how pleased we were to be served in-store by people who really cared. Thanks!!
