I could write a very long review sharing with you the catalogue of incompetence we experienced as tenants in a property managed by JNP. However, I can summarise this & save you the agony of reading it all by saying this. Avoid JNP like the plague if you are a tenant or a landlord. All you need to know is that during our tenancy they showed an unprofessional bias towards our landlord. Even to the point that when it came to returning our deposit they supported him in his questionable claims to massive deductions against us. We went through the arbitration process - still with JNP acting on behalf of the landlord and 5 months later we finally have all of what was rightly ours reimbursed to us.
