Unprofessional! I booked a viewing with one of the agents over the phone. After that I received confirmation email with date and hour of the viewing. On the day of the viewing a drove half an hour from another town just to see this property. I ended up waiting 15mins for the agent who never showed up! Tried to call a few times but no answer. After that I sent an email to the agency saying Im at the property waiting. After all that someone finally called me saying there was a misunderstanding and the property is already let. What a waste of time!

This estate agent is the best. They are the least judgemental, most kind, warm hearted, caring and attentive estate agents we have ever dealt with. We have rented from a lot of different estate agents and we have never been treated like we are humans before during that process. Crendon House are so much better than anywhere else we have rented through and from now onwards, I don't think we would use any other estate agents. Thank you so much to Mark and his team for changing our views of renting and making us feel safe and protected in our rental home. The lovely welcome to your home box when we moved in was also a wonderful little touch! :)
