Richard's many years of experience in web development and in design shone through all the communications we had and the work he produced. He was committed, creative and pragmatic. He brought the extremely valuable perspective of a user into all our discussions and decisions. My website is not a simple one, but Richard took the time to listen carefully in order to understand the complexity of what was needed and then he produced a design that matched all the requirements swiftly and perfectly.
