Lion Mattresses

I have been trying to buy a mattress for well over a week. Their website is misleading state shop in store this is not so and they have no products you order and they make to order. Great if they are making just need some fed back about the products although mentioned being available from persons no contacts. Finally they quote 10 year guarantee and later on it is 5 years and 2 years cover. So all I want is the truth no response whatsoever must be making the money selling foam. What therefore is their guarantees worth I really think if it lives up to the claims it would be the right one to buy and its is made UK. I email a director passes over to a sales person who was polite and clear that says they only make mattresses to order and apologises. Sent another email just to clarify final facts as they really are and nothing.

Best mattresses ever! We have 3 mattresses from Lion now and I wouldn't get them from anywhere else. They are extremely comfortable and you get a great night's sleep. Delivery is always super quick too and they are just a genuinely nice company to deal with.

Tried to purchase a classic double today from the store with no luck, out of stock but could have one ready for Monday, but also they have run out of covers, and believe it or not the boss won't let them reorder covers until they get more orders. So much for giving local business a try. (I live 2 mins drive away) so if you order online when would you get your order? It seems when the boss decides. 1 star service I'm afraid.
