I just wanted to say how very grateful we were to Sammy Mahmood, who came out to drain our tank at Wickes' in Bicester on the evening of the 19th of January. Not only did Sammy persist long after we had given up hope of getting our car started, but came to our assistance a second time when our car failed to start again at the garage just down the road for several hours, well beyond the end of his shift. I have rarely encountered anyone so caring, helpful and thorough in his work, and his customer service is exemplary. After all the difficulty we had getting started a second time he even followed us to our home in north Oxford to make sure we got home safely, which was well beyond the call of his duties and showed such great care and kindness! I cannot thank you - or he - enough for the assistance rendered that night, and am so grateful to him for getting us back on the road. He is a wonderful ambassador for your company in a time when your service users couldn't be more stressed or anxious, and is a credit both to himself and your business. THANK YOU so much!!!
