Such a caring pharmacy. Ive used them several times and they always really listen and give me attention in a way that is very genuine. Grateful to have this pharmacy close to me.

I've had to use this pharmacy to pick up prescriptions for family and have not had any issues until the last two times I visited. The pharamacist was rude and unprofessional. She kept me waiting for aprrox 10mins each time to approve a prepared medicine, while she completed admin tasks or chatted with colleagues. Now I'm all for finishing a task in hand, but not when it takes so long and you've been told a couple of times a customer is waiting. Considering the medicine took 2 mins to prepare, you can imagine how long a needless 10min wait can seem. Just plain rude! The rest of the staff seem lovely, pity that their professionalism doesn't wear off on the pharmacist :( Also just seen the review from Lulu Cheesecake below and my treatment was almost identical...a worrying trend I'd say.

I think 1 star is generous. No Idea on the 5s eitherQuite how someone in customer service can be so rude. Miserable, grumpy, matron-type horror story serving at the counter. Second time Ive ever used this chemist, first time, barely got served as she was too busy pretending not to see me. I was trying to be discreet for what I was asking for and she bellowed to the person out back have we got anything for. Thought Id give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she was having a bad day. Went in yesterday to pick up some LFTs. When I said Im here to pick up. Seeing my phone and NHs code she cut me off and barked NO!. We dont have any. Not until this afternoon. I was quite shocked at how aggressive she was. Why is this woman in a customer service job she clearly hates? Message to this lady - try being kind and patient for people coming to you and stop ignoring them as if theyre a nuisance. And to the manager - please send this lady on a customer service course.
