Very terrible service. I called in to ask about whether they can arrange for my doctor to supply a drug and they left me on hold forever. When I called back, they kept interrupting me as I tried to explan what I was trying to ask. It took way too much time to do a simple thing. Not to mention they were judging me the patient for the drug I was requesting!! There are plenty of pharmacies. Go somewhere else.

The staff at LloydsPharmacy ( Sainsbury) high wycombe, definitely need more professional training to help with how to be more productive, have more Empathy, and how to friendly welcome the pharmacy clients/ customers. And stop being unfriendly depending on the look of the customers ( skin color, clothing, or religious background). they really need to be neutral, friendly, not be judgemental. The issues with not being judgemental is that many times staff think they didn't say anything wrong or done anything wrong, but then they tend to forget about they're facial expressions, and body languages, wich is the biggest betrayer. So watch out dear LloydsPharmacy staff! Is not only to sell, dispense, medicines. Be dutiful, emphatic, caring , professional, regardless of how your customers/ clients look like, or wearing, etc etc..

Went in today to collect a prescription and also ask some advice about ear pain and I was honestly blown away by the friendliness of the pharmacist, Tracey. She was so lovely and helpful. As I work in a GP surgery I deal with pharmacists on a daily basis and usually have a bad experience, but that was definitely not the case here. Tracey gave really good advice on treatment and was so polite. Thank you so much, would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Friendly and helpful staff, very convenient location and late hours availability make this place Excellent!! Very shocked to see so many negative reviews. You gotta remember it's a convenient Pharmacy and might not have every possible medicine under the sky. Negative reviewers might not have been taking theirs punctually??
