Very good - when you finally get the car to them, but very busy and a one out one in policy. Communication could be improved as very rarely did they contact me back, I had to do all the chasing.

My Ultima GTR 720 had a rough engine running issue, the Ultima factory in Hinckley, Leicester told me to go to Charles and Gavin Dunn. Not only did they find and fix the fault, they had to carry out a very extensive rebuild to my engine. Nothing was the fault of Ultima or the engine builder in the USA, my engine came with single valve springs, one sadly broke. I now have dual springs and a refreshed engine. My cars been on the road 11 years without one single issue, not bad for a car with 720hp that weights 1000kg from a small family company. I have to admit I was young when I picked it up from Ultima, I now know exactly how to look after the car. Gavin and Charles also went through my car from top to toe, they know this car inside out! We changed and improved everything possible given the new Ultima Evolution and RS model upgrades. Two things I recommend, if you have single valve springs get them changed ASAP, if one goes it could be costly, also these cars need properly looking after if you want them to be reliable, just with any high powered car, only let Gavin and Charles work on them, they know everything!!
