I have used many management companies and i have to say Review homes were by far the best. They always kept us up to date, if any problems they dealt with that very quickly and efficiently. Mr. Amjid ,he is always helpful, professional and responded to my messages quickly as much as he can. Special thanks to abbie, she is very kind. I would highly recommend Review homes. My wife and I saw a great property for rent by Ryeview and with only a short amount of time left on our current tenancy we were eager to get things secured as quickly as possible. Ryeview had arranged a viewing the very next day after we called them to request one. We were met at the property by Cheryl who was showing some other families around before and after we had our viewing. The property had a lot of interest but we never felt rushed during the viewing or that we were just another family. Cheryl, who must have been very busy that day, never ushered us out of a room or told us our time was up. We loved the place and put in our offer later that same day. We were told the next day that we had been shortlisted with a few other families. We then got another call the next day from the director, Amjid, who asked us a few questions and gave us some further details on the property and landlady. We didn't expect to hear back on a decision until the following week but Amjid called us after working hours on Friday evening to let us know we had got the property. This really meant a lot to us because of the tight deadline we had to move out and also because we really loved the property and were really keen to secure it. Shortly after that we were then sent out all the relevant paperwork by Mellissa who also answered our queries about the process promptly and expertly. Cheryl, Amjid and Mellissa have been extremely helpful in helping us get through the paperwork and referencing etc. We even asked if we could go by the place to measure and take pictures so we could buy furniture and get an idea of how we wanted to decorate etc. Cheryl happily obliged and met us at the property. We're now very excited to be moving in and having an ongoing relationship with Ryeview who we're confident will be responsive to any further queries or issues we have as tenants. In fact, we were really pleasantly surprised by how well Mellissa was able to accommodate us and our needs with the current tenants requirements. We would like to say a big thank you to Cheryl, Amjid and Mellissa. My wife and I are both very happy with the service we've received so far.
