Our Toyota Auriss catalytic converter got stolen, causing damage to the underside of the car. A friend recommended Hillclimb and the following morning we had a preliminary quote, as we were going away Mark the owner quickly arranged to have the car towed to his garage on a Sunday even though the garage wasnt open. Whilst we were away, they assessed the damage and emailed over a video with evidence of the damage and even a quote of the works. We decided to get the insurance to cover the works, not only were Mark and his team extremely accommodating in letting us keep the vehicle on their premises until the insurers confirmed the works, as soon as the insurers did confirm they ordered the parts required and were able to get the repairs sorted in a couple of days. On the day of the car collection, it was the first time we went to the Hillclimb garage and the premises were so well presented and professional looking. We were presented with a clean car, sanitised and a sweet treat already in the car. Emma kept us well informed as to the progress of the repairs and on arrival Tom the mechanic went through the repair works and assured us that the car was well repaired and looked after. We would like to thank Mark and his team for all their help, they genuinely care for their customers and go the extra mile in making the whole Hillclimb experience really good and we can honestly say that they provide a unique and individual experience.
