        Booked this company to do a gas safety check on a rental property. Booked a specific time and date which the company then contacted my tenant to change. On the revised day they simply didnt turn up: my tenant had arranged to be at home especially. The company denies knowledge of having fixed any new date and is not at all apologetic for their poor performance. Two years ago they wrongly turned up at my property rather than the tenants house to do a check: I put this down to a one-off aberration. Sadly it seems not. I will not be using the companys services again.
