Decent care job with decent pay. You can choose working hours that suit your lifestyle. Also, there are possibilities of climbing up the career ladder for the right individuals. Most clients are exceptional, each unique, each with a different life story and from various backgrounds. The job in itself is amazing.

Horrible, unprofessional, rude staff and terrible management. I worked there for a considerable time - the people there were inconsiderate and made fun of the elderly folks calling up, during and after the phone calls. Moreover, I specifically noticed the team being very harsh and rude to the cleaners whilst they worked. In fact, during my time there, the cleaners regularly changed and even walked out after serious abuse towards them. Whats worse, a member of staff even attacked an elderly person! Would definitely not recommend this firm.

The carers are doing a reasonable job under stressful conditions. The management do not warrant the title management, the company should be renamed Don't Care. My mother, 105 in two weeks, has her times moved at no notice, her time allowances are hardly ever kept and we have to keep a check on when she has a bath. I would imagine that the company invoices the Bucks council full time allowances which means they are probably guilty of fraud.

I have been working at All Care High Wycombe since February and have found it to be an excellent company to work for. Higher management and the Branch Manager are very supportive. The team both in branch and carers are hard working and a pleasure to work with.

I have been with All Care High Wycombe for nearly a year and have found my new role very rewarding. We have a fantastic supportive Higher Management and Office Team and a bunch of really good care staff. The last few weeks have been a challenge for all and everybody has stepped up whatever their role within the organisation and continued to provide support for all of our service users and also each other. It has been great to witness and also be a part of. A big thank you to you all.
