A 1500 order is too small for them apparently, tried to fob me off a number of times until they said its just too small for them. Shame product looks OK

Purchased Western Red Cedar for a Garden Room Grade 2 clear only premium grade Timber arrived carefully interlocked and removed from kerbside by ourselves. Timber arrived in 4.8m lengths. Wonderful quality but did require some time to later cut down to 2.4m. No knots were present in any of the timber. 30% of the WRC was straight grained the remaining had some variation in grain direction and colour. For the exterior I used Clear Awatrol to seal It had an even-ing out effect on the appearance. The inside cladding has been left untreated. I would use again and recommend Benchmark Timber based on my experience.

Having used this timber company for the first time, I was very disappointed with the way it was delivered and placed directly on the ground with the best face down. Failing to use timber skids. Causing damage to the face. After contacting the company to make them aware of the error, they blamed the person who told the delivery driver where to place the delivery.
