We needed a check in and a check out inventory done at short notice - we had contacted Karen in the hope she may be able to help - her willingness to be flexible with dates and timings and do her best to accommodate us from the off with very refreshing - we had come up against brick walls by many other companies - there was just no room for flexibility. Karens reports are very thorough, very professional, very detailed and clearly laid out - one of the best reports we have had done over the years. Karens customer service and after care (any queries with report etc) I could not fault. She was happy to explain any queries I had and the promptness of communications was very quick indeed - just what you want - you dont want to be hanging about for replies to emails/phone calls etc. I have also recommended House Property Inventories to my managing agents. Excellent Service, good value, very concise, clear and thorough reports and excellent customer service and after care which is important. Thank you Karen
