Only became aware of the company when a neighbour had their windows replaced. I had asked other companies for quotes but had never received them. Rang the company, a visit to size windows & patio doors arranged and within 2 months they had been installed. Professional service, with friendly and helpful staff. South Bucks Windows were prompt and efficient when responding to my sales enquiry & subsequent questions. Both Kirsty in the showroom and Sean who came to measure up, had a nice friendly & efficient manner. Kirsty quoted what seemed a reasonable price for two new Endurance doors and being members of Fenstra, they would take care of all necessary reporting to the local council plus they offered a written FIVE YEAR insurance backed guarantee and only required a 50% deposit. The installation was done two months after that and took less than 3 hours to complete, the installers left the house very tidy. One of the new doors does have a tendency to swing open of its own accord because the frame warped slightly during the door fitting leaving the hinges misaligned. "Apparently" the problems arise from when the house was built. The SBW installers managed to improvise and fix the door in place with foam as well as long screws. They did the best they could, so 5 stars to South Bucks Windows. Service: General door installation

We have just had our windows changed in our first home. The journey from measuring the install was seamless. The price was fair and better than those large corporation companies, who dont really care about their customers. The communication from the office whenI had a question was brilliant. The install guys were thorough, on time and the work was top quality. I cannot recommend them enough. Family run business who really care about their customers. Will be back for our front door!
