TUI Holiday Store

So pleased ive finally booked a holiday. Thank you to Charlie for taking the time to help me whittle down hotel options & helping me shortlist during my lunch break. I didn't feel pressured into making a booking right there and then and it was really nice to walk into store a few days later greeted with a warm smile from Charlie ready to book after making a decision. In the past ive booked online but going into the store and having someone to talk face to face to who can offer advice and answer any questions there and then really made a difference.
