Vicki hosted a Female Specific Workshop at BASE Gym (Bracknell) for our members. I can't recommend Vicki enough She has a wealth of knowledge and covered everything from hormones, menopause, menstrual cycles, and even poo (we all enjoyed that part!). We had some great feedback from our members and we will definitely ask her back for more! If you want to learn more about your body, reach out to Vicki! She's awesome x

We had such an incredible day with Vicki for our staff training day on all things woman's health, strength, hormones and much much more. Vicki is so welcoming, open and easy to work with. She has such incredible knowledge and is able to transform this into meaningful, practical and accessible training for all our staff. We work regularly with Vicki and no two sessions are the same... there is just so much to learn and apply with our members. Thank you Vicki and we cant wait to see you for our next session xx

Vicki is truly amazing and I wish I had made the decision to see her years ago. She has transformed my confidence to exercise after far too many years of thinking I couldnt. I feel inspired and excited to move my body again and Vicki has enabled me to start appreciating my body for all the things it can do. Vicki makes every session fun yet challenging while at the same time educational. I will forever be grateful to Vicki for the positive changes she has helped me incorporate into my daily life and the knowledge she has shared.

Vicki has actually changed my world - no exaggeration! I have had a prolapse now for around 5 years. I was told not to lift anything heavy by the doctor and that was about it! I went to private physio and she taught me how to do my pelvic exercises. So that was that! I stopped doing anything that involved lifting, stopped running, stopped shopping as I was afraid to lift bags. I started making so many adjustments in my life that I was not even aware I was doing it! Then inevitably I would lift something and everything would come down and I would get that pain in the back and the dragging feeling. Then I was told about Vicki and Real Strong Women! Initially I resisted as it is a big commitment but things were getting so bad I just thought lets put me first for a while! Literally the best thing I have ever done! Vicki taught me how to breathe!!! She taught me how to lift things safely. The exercises she gave me built my core muscles so I can now lift weights (8kg) without everything coming down. As an added bonus, I have arthritis in most of my joints especially my knees and I have just completed Tour Du Mont Blanc which is 110 miles around Mont Blanc which includes a massive amount of ups and downs. My knees were absolutely fine and my husband ended up using my knee brace! All those exercises Vicki gave me have helped make me a Real Strong Woman!!!

Before I started working with Vicki I really lacked confidence in my ability to exercise, my strength and really suffered from after effects from my 1st pregnancy. However working one-on-one with Vicky has been an absolute delight, has given me confidence in my abilities and has proven my body is so much stronger than I thought it could ever be. In fact I was able to get pregnant a second time and not experience anywhere near the same levels of challenge as I did in my 1st pregnancy and so much of that is down to the work I did with Vicki. One of the things I particularly love about her approach is her specific tailoring of the programme of exercise to my specific health needs through a lens of women's health and female empowerment and how much time she invests in always learning and improving her knowledge to continue giving thr best possible support to her clients. Best of all, an hour spent with Vicky is nothing but fun, she's kind and empathetic and is always a great person to talk to, let alone train with. I would highly recommend her to anyone who was thinking about getting a personal trainer, thank you Vicki for all your help!
