This company is a joke. You instruct the workers to do one thing and they don't. They left most of my stuff in the property while all was meant to be cleared. If you call them you will be met by rude members of staff, Claire in particular. Don't use this company

Team is worked to the bone by management to the point that they cannot be passionate about anything besides getting home. Managers are spineless, know nothing of the working day outside of the office and have the balls to force you to work through covid whilst the pandemic was at an all time high, or you'd lose your job over not showing up. I was forced into customers home whilst having covid to avoid losing my job. Glad I no longer work here, especially the High Wycombe brand. Those poor lads work soo hard just to be shot down in flames by useless, arrogant and inexperienced managers who couldn't link themselves out of bed on time let alone a box.
