We came to Michael after being on with another agent for a year and not getting anywhere. His approach included a video with a guide to the area which was brilliant + he advertised the property via social media channels which was really effective. He kept us updated with any issues & queries and was helpful, friendly and patient all the way through a tricky sale. Michael has been a pleasure to work with on the sale of my existing property and the purchase of new house. Extremely professional and enthusiastic at all times. The marketing of my property was excellent great video and subsequent online presence. Throughout the whole sale and purchase process Michael kept me in the loop at all times and was always available when an urgent call was required. Above all Michael ensured that all required tasks/discussion required to meet planned deadlines i.e. exchange & completion deadlines were completed chasing all parties in the extensive chain.
