A complete overhaul of my father's 1978 Rega Planar 3. New motor, belt, cartridge, and after hearing a nasty hum... the old tonearm was replaced with a superb sounding new version. I hope it is still playing this good in 45 years time! Great service, very knowledgeable and looked after my family heirloom very carefully. Thank you!

If there were a thousand stars I'd have selected this option. I walked in here after a nightmare of a day to replace a cable I had lost and the gentleman helped me out massively. Old school customer service at its very best. Thank you !!

Always excellent customer service (even if my nearly 25 year-old Arcam Alpha 10 Amplifier was beyond economic repair!) and good, friendly advice on products from Ronnie. A gem of a shop!

I contacted Ronnie late on Saturday (5th Nov) and he contacted me back on the Sunday with an agreement to bring in my Rega 3 for his free service offer today. I asked Ronnie how long it would take, "oh, about an hour or so". Well, this is old school professional customer service - no pressure, just great knowledge and someone who is passionate about hifi & music. 2.5 hours later, with a no pressure post service audition, I have a completely rejuvenated Rega 3 absolutely singing! Ronnie did a full detailed service, tonearm adjustment, cartridge and stylus clean up, checked all fittings & bearings etc. I chose to replace the drive belt at a small cost, but the rest is purely down to Ronnie's magic. I can't recommend him highly enough. Oh, and parking is really easy too just in case you are lugging your gear in and out.
