Playtrain

Little one loved it here and I was so impressed. You get given a table to sit at when you first arrive, and theres so many things to do for little ones and so much attention to detail. Definitely want to come back again soon!

So much more than soft play!! This place is a real feast for the senses for my two young children, so much to play with/on, sensory areas and the staff are really interactive too. Theres enough space for children to play and learn (something Ive not found in other soft play spaces) and the cafe is really good. The staff have always made us feel welcome and I feel so lucky for us to have this close to where we live. Its 5 stars all day long from me!

Huge thanks to Rebecca and the team for a wonderful 5th birthday party experience today. Such attention to detail and lovely little touches in both the party room and main play space decor to make the day very special. It's clear the team really care about making the time memorable for the kids and the whole party had a fantastic day. The whole place was spotless, not overcrowded and the food was great too! Highly recommend a visit.

Nice place but unfortunately the timed sessions are too short. People were still having drinks, the staff came and literally took my coffee away from table. The coffee I PAID for!!! They rang the bell to tell you the session is over in an aggressive manner. Uncalled for!! Really short lived and whilst my child had fun, it really was way too short. We came in for a bday party and had food for half an hour so the play session was only for 1 hour on the dot! I spoke to a few mums there who felt the same way and they agreed that whilst wanting to come with their children to play, the restrictive book in advance and all that silliness is too much of a hassle, getting ready with a child or more is not always easy and to be there on time so you can make the most of the time you pay for is not always easy so they dont come or give this place a miss. My husband came with my son once but that was it. Even though we live 8 minutes away, it is not our go-to place to take the children. Playtrain, you are losing customers! Stop the timed sessions or allow people to book more than one session at discount price.
