        Unfortunately their post sale customer service is very poor. A few years ago Avenir sourced and installed a flat roof membrane incorrectly and now we have significant issues with water ingress in multiple places. Despite a 20 year guarantee for complete peace of mind, they arent interested in even visiting the property to inspect, let alone fix the damage. Very poor.

        This company really cares and only cares about their profit. They are lacking any sense of appropriate customer service and when they send out their over-priced products, they don't give a hoot in what condition the customer receives it in. Do not purchase from this company, even if it means changing your project plans. Trust me, you'll be better off for it.
