    Hoping my request to add our road name will be followed through. It's 4 months since we moved in and it's proving difficult for delivery drivers and our visitors to find us without our road name. UPDATE! Still no road sign from when we moved in on 23 September 2022 it is now 31 Jan 2023

    Hi I'm not having much luck with Taylor wimpy I'm getting pushed from pillar to post it's very frustrating as no seems to be doing anything so I'm going to have to pursue my complaint down a different avenue before things get too dangerous.

    My family & I reside in Pine Trees Development and I would like to bring your attention to the lack of response and resolution of the reported snagging issues at our property. Just after sale completion, TW realized to have had paid us around 8k GBP in error and it was promptly requested for. I/we returned it as promptly and I hope its fair to expect the same promptness in attending to Customer reported issues within the warranty period. We moved in May 2021 and the issues were reported the same month. Since then 4-6 CSRs changed and I had to take time off from my work to review the same issues each time costing me half a day each time. One would at least hope the issues to be resolved but there was not even a follow up and the issues are still unattended rather than unresolved. As far as i believe, a new customer service rep is now reviewing the issues and long due to update a resolution, as we speak. It's a shame that we are almost close to the end of the warranty period and many issues are still outstanding. To say the least, tasks that were not attended to have been notified to us that are attended and resolved. I have been following up with each different Customer service rep and there has been no substantial response or a plan of action so far. Ther e are issues identified re the overall cold/spots and insulation around the walls and I have requested multiple times to have it investigated during winter. This Winter is almost gone and I can only imagine that we will be left stranded as the warranty is due to expire. May I request TW team to kindly take this seriously and attend to our issues please.

    True and honest testament- Taylor Wimpy Southeast Honest Genuine review after dealings with Taylor Wimpy Southeast from December 2020 - to Date *19 Months of delays - Our mortgage had to extended 3 times. Sales Director Jason Stoke is not a nice person to deal with. We were about to loose our mortgage offer as TW kept delaying house, he was extremely abrupt and told me its not his problem! **So many lies and misinformation- We paid 7700 for Amtico @ 73m2 we were told 93m2 - when I questioned why are they charging 1460 for something they havent fitted. They really have no reply - obviously its their cut from contractors Finally we have moved and flooring is badly fitted. We are told to wait 1 YEAR for floor to settle! Taylor Wimpy treat their customers really bad ***Poor Level of customer service before and after from their Southeast Team. To be honest, its genuinely not even worth complaining and wasting your precious time. Their customer service and rest of the teams are all the same, they really dont care. Nothing is their fault or their problem Ive tried to get their attention by complaining numerous times, they never have the decency to talk over the phone They live hiding behind emails. As far as they are concerned they have plenty of other people they would want to sell to as Ebbsfleet is a very desirable location. I tried to discuss my personal situation, issues and concerns with their Sales Director Jason hoping he would show some empathy and compassion towards upheaval they have been causing to our lives, I was actually shocked he called me dramatic! What sort of business practice is this that you call your customers dramatic. Well thats the Taylor Wimpy Culture I guess ****Poor Quality homes Not sure how TW can boast about their high quality homes. Below is the list of major issues day we actually completed Bath had a hole- we had to wait 3 weeks for replacement - we were told Cleaners ravaged the bath! Toilet Seat was Wonky No television for 3 weeks - Due to wrong equipment for communal Sky Dish fitted by Taylor Wimpy Broken Bannister Hand rail - major health and safety issue Mismatch of Bricks Broken Roof Tiles Constant leak under the sink for 3 weeks Dead plants in front of house List just goes on poor decorating standards We had a snagging survey carried out 87 faults. We paid 500 to have survey carried out. Taylor Wimpy told us NHBC and their quality assurance checked the house before it was handed over to us. We have been house 10 weeks and all our time is taken up with Taylor Wimpy sending contractors as and when it suits them And if their contractors decide to turn up Taylor Wimpy thinks our life revolves around them. To this date they have not had no decency to compensate us for our time and inconvenience over the past 10 weeks. Not sure how they can claim All they care about is their money Customer service means nothing Every customer and house is just a number no personal touch. We are genuinely fed up of their cold emails and pathetic excuses Horrible journey- never to be forgotten **Yet Taylor Wimpy claim Stress free experience, beautiful homes and great customer service Very disheartened by the overall sour experience. Unbelievably poor and unacceptable level customer service. Unnecessary stress caused by Taylor Wimpy Buying a new built house was supposed be exciting time, they have killed all our happiness
