Got us out of a pickle this week when many other boiler people were too busy. Will put all our heating servicing their way now. Engineer was very nice and 'dog friendly' which is a bonus! *move forward two years* Had a boiler service done. Cost was quite a bit for the amount of work done. Explained to engineer a leak that needed fixing, he said HQ will call with a quote. Didn't happen. 3 months later and I call them about same leak and a banging noise from boiler. Engineer fixed the leak but didn't address the banging. Wanted me to keep booking additional visits at a min charge of 85. Charged lots of for fixing a problem that they didn't fix. Don't know what has happened in last two years but absolutely felt like I was being fleeced. Won't touch with a barge pole now.

My boiler was working completly fine prior to calling Rees & Brookman to do an annual service. The following day after the service the radiators failed to heat up properly due to low pressure.They came the following day and said i needed a new pressure gauge which was I was charged 132.32 on top of a service of 102 . I ask Ian to check every thing was working fine he refused and said he was busy and had to go. The following days i noticed i had no hot water i called out British Gas they said ! who the hell has been working on this boiler no wonder you've got no hot water the engineers falled to re open and pointed to a valve at the back of the boiler as a result i immediatly had hot water. When i told the British Gas engineer who i had used they said this is not the first time we've heard about this company. i am not telling people to use or not use this company the decision is yours.
