        The service from this place gets worse. Got sent a letter for an appointment today to arrange booking in an appointment. They called me today as per the letter to say we have no appointments call us back in 3 weeks!! Talk about wasting tax payers money. If you just booked an appointment instead of sending a letter for a call to book an appointment. So ridiculous. At least the commissioners are aware

        Tried calling again and again but no one ever answers. Sent message by website and they did try and call back at 3.30 but I was unable to answer. Called back just after 4pm when I could but it was closed despite website saying its open until 7pm
