        Still waiting on a sofa that was ordered in September 2022 that was meant to be on a 12week lead time and every time I call for an update told a date and guess what it is not stuck too and then nobody knows when its coming. Was meant to be with me yesterday, but you guessed right still not here and nobody calling back. Only week 25 now!!!! Check your delivery dates guys.

        Spent half an hour in the showroom. No other customers. No one acknowledged us even though both employees saw us enter. One employee (manager?) marched around on his mobile the entire time, in his coat. The other employee was nowhere to be seen after we initially entered. Shame.
